Privacy Policy

Light Opera of New York (LOONY) does not sell or trade the personal contact information of any of its audience and/or Guild members  collectively referred to hereafter as “Patrons”) with any third party for any purpose. All information collected is solely for the use of Light Opera of New York to support its ongoing activities and to communicate with its Patrons about programs, events, giving opportunities and services available through Light Opera of New York. In addition, Guild members may indicate their desire to make donations anonymously. Finally, Patrons may request to be removed from future solicitation lists. All such requests will be honored unless otherwise rescinded by the Patron. Light Opera of New York Patrons are automatically protected by this policy. Changes to this policy which remove restrictions on previously unauthorized use of Patron information will be communicated to our Patrons with an option to "opt-out" of any such use.
