Light Opera of New York is very fortunate to have a group of friends who enjoy our productions and support us financially to the extent that they are able. It is no secret that our ticket prices cover only about half of our production costs. The rest comes from foundation and corporate grants and from a very special group of friends whom we call the LOONY Guild.
LOONY Guild Member donations make it possible for us to present professional productions of classic American and European operetta for our community at affordable ticket prices. In addition, our members’ support helps us to provide seating for audience members who cannot afford even our low prices, as well as outreach to audiences that may never have had the opportunity to enjoy the gem of an art form that is operetta.

New this season is the opportunity to become the proud underwriter of one of our productions with a Sponsor Level contribution of $10,000.
